<p class="wp-block-paragraph">強く伸ばす必要はなく、「気持ちいい」と感じる程度がおすすめです。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">一度にたくさん飲む必要はありませんが、コップ一杯程度の水を飲むことで体内の水分を補給できます。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">私の「足のほてり」対策法</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私も以前、足のほてりが気になって眠れない日が続いたことがありました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">「なぜだろう」と振り返ってみると、仕事でストレスがたまっている時や、睡眠の質が落ちている時に起こりやすいように感じました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">そこで、寝る前の過ごし方を見直しました。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">まず、ぬるめのお風呂に入り、最後に足へ短時間だけ冷たいシャワーをかけています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">その後はストレッチで体をほぐし、寝る前にコップ一杯の水を飲みます。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">こうした習慣を続けるようになってからは、足のほてりが気になりにくくなり、以前より眠りにつきやすくなったと感じています。</p>
