<p class="wp-block-paragraph">また焚き火は、スマホやテレビのような大量の情報を送り込んできません。脳を休ませるにはシンプルな刺激の方が向いています。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">朝の散歩は寝ぐせを帽子でごまかして、ちゃちゃっと顔を洗って外に出ます。その日の気分に合わせて散歩コースや時間を決めます。自由気ままです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">夜の散歩は真っ暗なところは怖いので、人通りのある所を歩きます。地下鉄やバスを使う時は一駅前で下りて、歩くこともあります。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">肩こりって、筋肉だけの問題じゃなく心理的ストレスも強く影響しています（現にストレスフルのお仕事を辞めたら肩こりが軽くなりました！）。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私は湯船につかると「ふわっ」と肩が軽く感じ、肩こりが楽になります。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">これは実際に、</p>

<li>温熱で血流が良くなる</li>



<li>筋肉の緊張が和らぐ</li>



<li>浮力で肩や首の負担が減る</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">といった変化が関係していると言われています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">あと個人的にかなり大きいのが、「気持ちがゆるむ」こと。お湯につかると、副交感神経が優位になりやすいと言われています。簡単に言うと、“リラックスモード”ですね。</p>

<li>三角筋</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">このあたりの筋肉のストレッチを中心に行います。スマホやパソコン作業って、実は腕もかなり疲れているからです。腕が固まると、肩周りまで引っ張られて動きが悪くなりやすいんです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">だから私は、「肩だけ」ではなく、“腕ごとゆるめる”感覚でストレッチしています。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私は肩こりがひどい日は、意識してスマホやタブレットを離します。自分自身から遠ざけます。理由はシンプルで、「見れば見るほど肩に力が入る」からです（笑）。</p>

<li>首が前に出る</li>



<li>肩が丸くなる</li>



<li>同じ姿勢になる</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">こうなりやすいんですよね。いわゆる“ストレートネック姿勢”です。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">を見続けると、脳もかなり疲れます。私は「肩こり＝筋肉だけ」ではなく、“脳疲労”も関係していると思っています。</p>

<li>スマホを遠くへ置く</li>



<li>タブレットを閉じる</li>



<li>パソコンを見ない</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">時間をなるべく作っています。それだけでも肩の力が抜けやすい感覚があります。</p>
