<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私も医療系運動指導士として働いていますが、体よりも心が先に疲れてしまう日があります。そんな時は無理に頑張ろうとせず、まずは食事を見直すようにしています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">もちろん食べ物だけですべて解決するわけではありません。それでも、しっかり栄養を摂ることで少し気持ちが楽になったり、翌日の元気につながったりするんです。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">魚にはEPAやDHAと呼ばれるオメガ3脂肪酸が含まれています。これらの栄養素は気分の安定やメンタルヘルスと関連します。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">また、魚のたんぱく質は脳内で働く神経伝達物質の材料になります。お寿司はシャリ（ご飯）で糖質も一緒に摂れるので、脳のエネルギー補給にも役立ちます。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">また、糖質は脳のエネルギー源になりますし、ヨーグルトは腸内環境を整えてくれます。最近は「腸脳相関」と呼ばれ、腸の状態と心の状態が深く関係していることも知られています。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">さらに卵も一緒に食べるため、栄養補給という面でも優秀です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">そして私が一番大切だと思うのは、「食べていて幸せを感じること」です。家族や大切な人と囲むすき焼きは、それだけで心が少し元気になります。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私は心が疲れている時、料理はもちろん、なにもする気力がありません。そんな時の私は、スーパーのお寿司やお刺身に頼ります。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">特にマグロやサーモンが入ったものを選ぶことが多いです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">心が疲れている時は「ちゃんと作らなきゃ」と考えるよりも、「まず食べる」を優先しています。お寿司なら開けてすぐ食べられるので、心が限界の日でも栄養補給しやすいです。</p>

<p>スーパーのお寿司でも充分美味しいですが、最近はUberを使ってお寿司屋さんのお寿司を食べることもあります（自分へのご褒美）！</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">朝から気分が重い日は、無理にしっかりした朝食を作りません。そんな時はバナナヨーグルトです。バナナを切ってヨーグルトに入れるだけ。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私はそこに少しだけはちみつをかけることもあります。はちみつの甘さが加わると気持ちも少し楽になります。はちみつ効果で風邪の予防にもなるので一石二鳥です。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">心が疲れている時は、献立を考えることすら面倒になります。そんな日は迷わず卵かけごはんです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">温かいご飯に卵をのせて、しょうゆを少しかけるだけ。私はたまに刻み海苔やごまを足しますが、基本はシンプルです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">5分もかからず作れるので、「今日は何もできなかった…」という罪悪感も減らしてくれます。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">特にカカオ70％前後のダークチョコレートがお気に入りです。疲れている時ほど「我慢」ばかりでは苦しくなるので、チョコレートで自分に優しくしています。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">心がかなり疲れている時は、思い切ってすき焼きを食べます。すき焼きは毎日食べられるものではありませんが、「今日は頑張ったから好きなものを食べよう」と自分へのご褒美として食べます。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">心が疲れて自分で作るのが嫌な時は、吉野家に行きます。吉野家に行く気力もない時はUberで注文します。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">自分で作る時は</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">心の疲れは脳の疲れでもあります。脳が働くためにはエネルギーも栄養も必要です。だから私は、落ち込んだ時ほど食事を大切にしています。</p>
