<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私が緊張疲れを感じた時に行うのは次の3つです。</p>

<li>お風呂に入る</li>



<li>ストレッチ（特に身体の背面）</li>



<li>意図的なため息</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">緊張している時は、自分で思っている以上に身体が力んでいます（肩に自然と力が入ってます）。まずは身体をゆるめることが大切と思っています。</p>

<p>緊張している時は心や体は少々無理をしています。無理をすると必ず疲れが溜まります。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">お風呂に入ることが緊張疲れに効果的な理由</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">緊張している時は交感神経が優位になり、身体が常に戦闘モードになっています。湯船につかることで身体が温まり、心と身体をリラックスさせる副交感神経が働きやすくなります。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">その結果、</p>

<li>筋肉の緊張が和らぐ</li>



<li>血流が改善する</li>



<li>心拍数が落ち着く</li>



<li>リラックスしやすくなる</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">緊張状態が続くと、首や肩だけでなく背中や腰、脚まで無意識に力が入り続けています。実際に現場でも、「疲れている」というより「身体がずっと力んでいる」、「力が抜けない」という方がとても多いんです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ストレッチを行うことで、</p>

<li>筋肉の緊張を和らげる</li>



<li>血流を改善する</li>



<li>長時間同じ姿勢によるこわばりを軽減する</li>



<li>呼吸が深くなりやすくなる</li>



<li>副交感神経が働きやすくなる（リラックスしやすくなる）</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">といった効果があり、緊張で疲れた身体と心を癒すことができます。特にゆっくり呼吸をしながら行うストレッチは、身体だけでなく心の緊張をほぐすきっかけにもなります。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ため息は悪いイメージを持たれがちですが、実は身体にとって大切な呼吸のリセットです。緊張すると呼吸が浅くなります。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">お風呂は38〜40℃でゆっくり入る</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私は熱すぎるお湯ではなく、少しぬるめのお湯に10〜15分ほどつかります。ゆっくりのんびり疲れる温度にしています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">緊張疲れをお風呂で解消するために私は、</p>

<li>Bluetoothスピーカーで好きな音楽を流す</li>



<li>数分間目を閉じる</li>
