<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私も仕事柄、立ったり動いたりする時間が長いので、ふくらはぎの重だるさを感じることがかなりあります。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">特に疲れている日は、「ストレッチしなきゃ」と思っても、それすら面倒なんですよね。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">だから私は、“頑張るケア”ではなく、「疲れていてもできる回復習慣」を大事にしています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">医療系運動指導士として現場で働きながら、私自身が実際に続けているのが、</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私は、ふくらはぎがだるい時ほど「強く揉む」や「無理に鍛える」はあまりしません。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">まずは、「温める → 流れを良くする → 力を抜く」この順番を意識しています。ふくらはぎは、“第二の心臓”とも呼ばれるくらい、血流と関係が深い場所です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">なので、疲れて張っている時は、</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>血流が悪くなっている</li>



<li>むくみが溜まっている</li>



<li>筋肉が緊張している</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">お風呂上がりに私がよくやるのが、「壁に脚を上げる」という方法です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">かなり地味なんですが、これ結構ラクになります。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">やり方は簡単で、</p>

<li>仰向けに寝る</li>



<li>お尻を壁に近づける</li>



<li>脚を壁に立てかける</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">これだけです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ポイントは、“頑張らないこと”。私はスマホを見ずに、ぼーっとしています（笑）。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">脚を心臓より高くすると、</p>

<li>静脈血</li>



<li>リンパ液</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">が戻りやすくなると言われています。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ふくらはぎって、疲れるとかなり硬くなりやすい場所です。私はお風呂上がりに、軽く伸ばす程度のストレッチをしています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ここで大事なのは、「痛いくらい伸ばさない」こと。強くやりすぎると、逆に力が入ってしまうこともあるんですよね。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">まずは湯船につかる</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私は38〜40℃くらいのお湯に、10〜15分くらい入ることが多いです。熱すぎると逆に疲れるので、「ちょっとぬるいかな？」くらいにしています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ふくらはぎのだるさが強い日は、</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>湯船</li>



<li>水シャワー</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">と繰り返し行う“簡易版交代浴”をすることがあります。交代浴によってふくらはぎのだるさがびっくりするくらいとれます。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">私の腰痛を楽にする方法は「温める＋ゆるめる＋呼吸」</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">腰痛があると、「腰をマッサージして欲しい！」と思いますよね（私もそう思います）。でも私は腰だけを見るのではなく、</p>

<li>お尻</li>



<li>呼吸</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">まで含めて考えるようにしています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">腰の周りの筋肉が硬いと腰をかばって働きすぎてしまいます。だから私は、「腰をかばっている筋肉をほぐすこと」を意識しています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">あとは、「温めること」と「呼吸で腰への負担を減らすこと」。温めれば腰の筋肉がほぐれ、腰回りの筋肉も楽になります。呼吸は腰を支える筋肉と関連するので、呼吸の乱れは腰痛につながります。</p>
