<p class="wp-block-paragraph">「焚き火」以外は簡単に行えます。大切なのは「心を落ち着かせよう」と意識して力むのではなく、心が休みやすい環境を作ることだと考えています。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">・目を閉じて腹式呼吸<br>・朝の散歩<br>・首のストレッチ<br>・焚き火を見る</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">心の疲労回復は「頑張ること」ではなく、「心が休みやすい状態を作ること」が大切。もし最近心が疲れているなと感じる方は、まずは腹式呼吸3分から試してみてくださいね。</p>
