<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私は心が疲れている時ほど、「気合いで何とかする」をやめるようにしています（以前はしていましたが、限界があることに気が付きました）。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">疲れている時って、身体より先に“脳”が疲弊していることも多いんですよね。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私は心が疲れている時ほど、ゆっくり散歩します。ここで大事なのは、「運動するぞ！」ではなく、“外へ出て歩くだけ”くらいにすることです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">歩く動作って、一定のリズムがありますよね。このリズム運動は、気分安定に関わるセロトニン系へ良い影響が期待されていると言われています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">さらに散歩には、</p>
