<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私も疲れている時ほど長く寝てしまうことがあります。しかし不思議なことに、寝れば寝るほどスッキリするとは限らないんです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">医療系運動指導士として働く中で、自分自身でもいろいろ試してきましたが、寝すぎてだるい時は「さらに寝る」よりも「体を少しずつ目覚めさせる」ことが大切だと感じています。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ポイントは「体を温めて軽く動くこと」。体を温めると血流が良くなり、軽く動くことで筋肉が柔らかくなります。すると、「寝すぎて疲れた」という感覚が和らぎます。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">温かいお湯につかることで血流が改善し、全身の重だるが軽減します。また、長時間寝ていると筋肉や関節が固まりやすくなりますが、温熱によって筋肉の緊張を和らげることもできます。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">さらに深部体温が上昇することで覚醒しやすくなり、気分転換にもなります。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">長時間横になっていると関節や筋肉は思った以上に動かなくなっています。関節をゆっくり動かすと血流が改善し、体が活動モードへ切り替わりやすくなります。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">体がだるいままだと腰痛や肩こりも引き起こしてしまいますが、関節をほぐすことでこれらも防ぐことができます。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">天気が良い日や気が向いた日は外で軽くジョギングします。軽く走ると体のだるさが解消するのはもちろん、夜しっかり眠れます。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私が行うのは「スロージョギング」です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">スロージョギングは通常のジョギングよりもゆっくりで、歩く速さと同じくらい速さで行います。なので、全然キツくありません。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">スロージョギングのポイントは</p>

<li>気持ちが乗ってきてもスピードを上げない</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">お湯に浸かることで血管が拡張し、背中周囲の血流が改善します。更に温熱作用によって筋肉の緊張が和らぎ、張り感やこわばりの軽減につながります。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">また、副交感神経も優位になりやすく、ストレスによる筋緊張を和らげる効果もあります。</p>
